Why should I attend Created Squared?

You should attend our 48-hour hacking weekend if you are an entrepreneur, change-maker, radical innovator or just someone with good ideas. We welcome everyone studying
in Sweden that has something to bring to the table. Whether this is skills in back-end development, marketing, or medical knowledge. We invite experts, mentors, and inspirational speakers to help you make the most out of
this weekend. Most of all, you will have the opportunity to network, share ideas, and challenge yourself.

Where does Create Squared come from?

Create Squared is initiated by the Unipreneurs Network,
a network of student association representatives of all
six universities in Stockholm and Uppsala. Basically,
they are a bunch of enthusiastic and passionate
entrepreneurs looking for new ways to connect entrepreneurial students in Sweden. Read about Unipreneurs here to find out more. They share
amazing inspiration, advice, and resources for
students across the world who are interested in entrepreneurship and innovation. Their home base is Stockholm, Sweden.

Can I attend?

If you are 18 years or older and a university student, then yes! If you are not, please reach out to us.

What must I bring?

Please bring your valid ID as well as student ID, as the venue has security check-in. Also, do not forget about your laptop and charger. If you feel like bringing any other hardware that will help you out in your project team, feel free to bring it.

How can I become a volunteer?

We are always recruiting enthusiastic and passionate students that can help out during the event. If you want to help us out during the event, great! Please send us an email.

When is the Campus Tour?

We have not currently set a date for this, but stay tuned as we will be posting the date shortly!

What does the weekend look like?

You will meet the other participants and have a chance to pitch your idea. Several teams of 4-6 students will be formed around the ideas with the most potential (rated by the audience). From here, it is two days full of business development under the expert guidance of a mentor. There will also be speakers, workshops, and other regular breaks to make this weekend super productive yet fun!

What if I don’t have a team?

If you do not have a team now, that is ok. We will share ideas, pitch ideas, and form teams. Here you will get a chance to meet the other participants. We will be there to help find people to work with.

When and where is the afterparty?

Afterparty details will be released once we get closer to the event!

What if I study outside of Stockholm?

If you are a student at a university outside Stockholm, you are most welcome to come and join this event! We would be honored to welcome and help you find accommodation.

Where can I find the schedule of the event?

We release a detailed schedule a few weeks before the event. For regular updates, please visit our website or social media.
